ARTICLE I                  CONDUCT OF MEMBERS

      Section 1 -          Due to the fact that this Club is formed for the enjoyment of our automobiles
                               and is solely a family affair, the following Code of Ethics shall be adopted by the
                               Club.

                               A - Any member convicted of DUI shall be terminated from the club. (Article III
                               Section 5 - Termination of Membership)

                               B - Any abusive language or conduct at any meeting or Club function shall not
                               be tolerated. (Article III Section 5)

                               C - No acholic beverage shall be served or consumed at any Club function or
                               meeting.

ARTICLE II              MEETINGS

      Section 1 -        All meetings shall be conducted according to ROBERTS RULES OF ORDER.

ARTICLE III             ELECTIONS

      Section 1 -        The President shall have the deciding vote in case of a tie.

      Section 2 -        The Nominating Committee will present their slate of officers at the October
                             meeting, to be voted on at the November meeting. The new officers shall take
                             their office in January.

ARTICLE IV             MEMBERSHIP

      Secrion 1 -        The President shall appoint a Membership Committee each year.

      Section 2 -        Any child of a member, still living at home, is considered a member until age 
                             eighteen (18) under their parent's membership.

ARTICLE V               PROCEDURE OF MEETING

      Section 1 -         The By-Laws may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the active members
                              of the Club present at any regular meeting.
